Mexican Meatball Tacos Recipe

Mexican Meatball Tacos are a new way to do Mexican flavours differently.

Ingredients

1 package frozen pre-cooked meatballs, prepared
1 jar mild taco sauce
1 package Ortega Yellow Corn and Ancient Grains Taco Shells
1 avocado, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce for topping

Directions

Toss pre-cooked meatballs in taco sauce.
Place in taco shells.
Add your favourite taco toppings, like diced avocado and shredded lettuce.
